The “french fries” are Sara Lee pound cake cut into fry shapes and toasted. The “cheese curds” are made out of white chocolate and the “gravy” is dulce de leche.

Project Green River is an outdoor arts festival on Broadway in Green River, Utah put on by Epicenter. The Second Annual PGR is taking place on Sept 17, 2011 from noon-midnight. Rock ‘N Roll in the desert!
